What are Universal Stock Futures?
Universal Stock Futures are a global range of standardised futures contracts on
the shares of individual companies. They are a revolutionary new
product and mark a quantum leap in the range of investment opportunities
available to both institutional and private investors. Euronext.liffe is a 'one
stop shop' for these products, as, regardless of the location of the market in
the underlying shares - Universal Stock Futures can be traded on one trading
system - LIFFE CONNECT®, under one rulebook, one regulatory system and can be
cleared and settled through one clearing house. In addition, quotes and trades
are reported globally by many quote vendors.
